ok i HAVE searched but nothing really helps decide what is the best way to do it?

Shackels? F-150 leaf spring? add a leaf???

i want the 2 inches, i dont want a real hard ride. and i dont want to spend a ton of cash .

so what would you guys recomend? and tell me how hard it is to install, ride quality? and cost of your choice.

PS> anyone know if stock rear springs off a 2000 dodge ram 4x4 will fit?

I got 2" when I swapped the mono leaf for a 4 door leaf pack, war153 shackles and new shocks. Hope that helps.

Shackles & you are done

see im worried about shackels casue my stock spring are kinda sagging. and they say they only raise it about 1.5 inches. it is the chepest easiest way though. what about the other 2 options?

shackles + add a leafs?
thatll probably give you a little more than 2, but you can twist the t-bars a little to even it out

If you had REALLY searched, you wouldn't have had to ask this question. It's been stated a million times that AAL's give a harsher ride, and shackles do not. Shackles are easy as hell to install. If your springs are sagging, do AAL's and shackles, or go to the junkyard and get some springs with less miles.

why are lifting (suspension) questions in the tire & wheel section and not the Suspension section?

You can get adjustbale Universal Lift shackles that have three settings. Go to autozone, and they are ProComps. Solid and sturdy. $20

Rear Sag - Leafs vs Shackels

TON OF CASH,, Ok that can be seen a lot of different ways so I would say that $156.00 Canadain Dollars plus shipping is not a ton of cash, so why not get rid of the sagging old wore out rear leaf springs and get some brand new custom built leafs that have a 2 inch lift?

Also shackles are a little unstable and leafs are not. So thats a small reason that you might take into consideration as to why the leafs are better.

Brand new leaf packs for the rear that have a 2 Inch lift over stock $156.00 CANADIAN dollars
