Well I need all 4 wheel bearings replaced. Where's the best (cheapest) place to buy the parts from? I also need all new brakes (pads and rotors, although some could probably be turned); I imagine Autozone is one of the best places to buy them. Thanks for your input.

NAPA is the best when it comes to aftermarket (cheaper) parts, but Autozone is ok. I always find their stuff cheap (as in quality). Anyhow, NAPA, Autozone, Advance Auto Parts - all good places to shop around.

If you have some time, order some Timkins off FordPartsNetwork.

Are FPN's Timken bearings? I was finally able to get on their network a few minutes ago when I searched on this site and found they changed their name to Fast Parts Network. Thanks for the advice guys.

Yes they are Timken from FPN.

I like National and NTP from advance auto parts

NAPA is good for hard to find stuff, sometimes. There employees also seem to be a bit more knowledgeable. However, they are ALWAYS the most expensive of all the major parts stores.

I used to use Advance, but a combination of corporate policy changes, and very bad service from several local stores has cuased me to now avoid them like the plague.

I've been going to Autozone for a few years now, and as long as I deal with the right few people, I'm pretty happy with them. Unfortunately, they do seem to have a propensity for hiring idiots, with bad attitudes. Oddly enough, the local Autozone also has 2 transvestites/transsexuals (men dressed/acting as women)
