westleys "bleche white" is the best to clean the tires, and meguiars (i forget the name, but its purple and comes in a clear bottle) is the best for shine. it doesnt make em too shiny, it just makes em look good, and it lasts a really long time, even in rain.
I wet the tire, spray some bleach white on it, scrub it down real good, rinse off the tire, when Im done washing the car I spray on some eagle one wet tire shine and rub it in. Looks nice and shiny every time. If you search I know there is a big thread about tire shine.
Rinse the tires, let them dry, and then use some STP "Son of a Gun." It's the white foam stuff. Don't have to wipe off or anything. It justs soaks in. Good shine for about 5-6 days.
i used some tire dressing before i forgot the name, it was a clear bottle with black spray nozzle, im really not too fond of the whole idea anyways, i have yet to find a product that can make the tires gleam without everything that touches it stick to the tire
