For the rear you can use 2" blocks to lower the suspension. Since the rear is SUA(spring under axle) if you install 2" blocks between the axle and spring you get 2" of drop instead of lift. You didn't say if your Ex is 2wd or 4wd so I'll give you both. For 2wd you can use drop spindles. I've not seen drop spindles for 4wd but thats not to say they're not out there somewhere. If thats not an option then you can unload the torsion bars a bit, but doing this will make the ride softer up front. The amount of difference will depend on how much you lower the front.
ive heard of a company that made them but can't remember the name , i know if you look at sport truck mag there was an add for ranger and rbv vehicles , good luck and post pics before and atfer !
