Billet Grill Suggestions

Go with black. Not many people do the black billets. I drive around here in utah and a lot of cars have chrome billets I am one of the only 2 explorers out here in Ogden with a billet grille.
Here's how my X looks with a polished billet grille...I got the pair of mine for $40 on ebay I was wanting a black billet grille but they are so darn expenisve! So I comprimised and got the 2 grilles for the price of the lower black grille. Get the fog inserts too. I am getting those eventually.

I like your's icecube and yeah i was thinking chrome at first then i was like i have a black bull bar so it would probably look better having a black billet but the cheapest one i can find is 107.00 on ebay do you guys think it's worth it??? Thanks again for the quick feedback.

If thats what you really want, then yes. I was looking at one for the same price and was thinking is it worth that much...I said no. Seems way to much considering my 2 billet grilles were as much as 1 black billet bumper insert for the 02-05's.

Yeah i here you and i have to consider my x is getting older mileage wise and should i just save my money for other bills vs. the car im closing in on 136,000 miles lol and knock on wood no problems....

Heres my black grill, ill get a farther away hot here later today after i wash her up. I have a full T-rex upper and lower and the fog light inserts, all powder coated by turtle here on the forum, good stuff.

My grille isn't chrome and doesn't look ricey. Mine's polished front with black powder coating. Just looks chrome 'cause of the sun light. I don't think there's a problem with a polished/chrome billet grille, cause my old grille was chrome and didn't look good on the X.
Also the 4th gens are using a chrome type billet grille or similar. Looks good on those X's.

4th gen mirrors....can't wait until I get my passenger side mirror...they look great. What kind of tow hooks you got on there?
And I'm likeing the black on tan. Looks sharp. I may get my grille black coated one day when the polished front looks like crap.

I totally agree Ice... mine is black PC with polished front... no rice here...

those look like the F150 tow hooks...

i cant wait to get my 4th gens mirrors with the caps to match my body color... and i'm searching for Adrenalin wheels too...

start looking! they are a hard find and the ONLY place ive found them is ebay, i paid 100 bucks for the two of them, they usualy come in a 4 piece knock off brand kit, id deffinately sugjest everyone run the t-rex upper grill, the extra 100 bucks deffinately makes a difference in appearence and fit.

I just ordered a grille like that. Cheapest i could find was 90 bucks. Whats installation like with the upper and lower??
