Blend door repair

A few years ago I had to replace the blend door in the HVAC plenum. I had to cut a hole in the plastic plenum. The gorilla tape is not holding. Is there a way to glue it back together or rivet it? What kind of plastic is it made of and what kind of glue would I use?

ive heard of people using duct tape, so i assume gorila would too... none of this is permanent though... imo best bet is to get one...
