My wifes blend door is broke. Without looking inside the truck (in detail), I have a question. I want to take the door out and repair it. On 10/3/2002, JJUE posted a descriptive post involving removing the dash for plenum replacement. Pictured there was a actuator mounting plate (between the actuator and case. It looks as though it is big enough to remove and lift the door out the top. I just dont know if there is enough room above the case to do so. Has anyone done this? If not, I will dremel the triangle pc. out of the bottom case and drop the door from the bottom.
