I just bought a 1991 Aerostar AWD that had been parked for about 6 month. The blinkers and the blower are not working. They did before it was parked, I know because I drove it as a delivery van for the company I bought it from. Fuses are all good. The blower motor is good I checked it. Can the two be related???

Start with the fuses. You might have a blown fuse or corroded contacts.

That's OK gettar,, it was the ignition switch gone bad. It made the blinkers not work, the heater and A/C blower not work and the anti-lock brakes not work.

Thanks for the update! Some years such as the 1988 had a recall on the ignition switch.
