i own a 98 AWD XLT explorer with 83,000 miles on it. Today on the Highway i noticed that the OverDrive OFF light was blinking. I put the car in park and hit the O/D button but got no response. I turned off the car and then back on, hit the O/D button, again it still kept on blinking.
I heard that it could be a tranny problem to a alternator and voltage problem.
Any idea what i could do or what i should prepare myself for? All comments are welcomed.
