only thing for me that happens, in low range, when I'm accelerating in the snow and it's spinning(the tires) the ABS will shut down after about a minute..
O/D Off light flashing indicates the tranny threw a code. It could just be a coincidence that it happened at the time you were driving in the snow. I'd have the codes read just to be safe.
Mine will flash sometimes and I have noticed that the engine will run faster, and the RPMs will go from about 2 to 3. It is very noticable on inclines, even the slightest ones, the engine will rev like it the gas pedit is being pressed to the floor (in cruise control mode). I think Im gonna have it checked soon because it is really getting on my nerves. Plus the gas milage really sucks then...
I dunno why but the problem is gone! I think it's because of the weather here.... too cold. and icey road. So before I drive on the snow these days, I turned off the Over Drive and the problem will be gone!
