blower fan problems

My fan that controls the defrost, panel, ac, etc. sometimes does not work. No matter what speed I set it to I can't get it to work. Then, when it feels like it, it magically starts working again...
Anyone had a problem like this before?
Any help would be appreciated.

Could be the blower motor relay. It's in the under hood fuse box. Passanger side. I had the same problem, & that was the problem. New relay put in & has worked ever since.
