Blower issue

I have an 04 Explorer. The blower works fine on settings 1,2 and 4. However, when I put it to setting 3, it blows the exact same as setting 2. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks.

Blower motor resistor needs replaced. Pretty simple.

Thanks for the quick reply and the video link! I have always thought that the blower motor resistor controlled to lower settings, only allowing the blower to blow on the highest setting. I just want to confirm, since I am getting air flow on settings 1,2 and 4.
