Blower Motor Relay Problem...

95 EX 4.0-The relay for the blower motor keeps burning up every few months. Its in the relay box by the air filter. I replaced the blower because I thought it might have been going bad and pulling to much juice and burning up the relay but it still did it a few months later. Now its a lil burnt around the area where the relay plugs in and I want to try to change the relay holder but I cant see where to unplug all the wires going to it. Do any one know the best way to replace the relay box? Thanks

Any ideas on why this relay would keep burning up?

the terminals where the relay plugs in have probably overheated and are now loose therefore overheating again replace relay and connector terminals making sure they are clean and tight
