Body mount bushings HELP

Have an 2005 explorer xlt that needs front body mount bushings. Searched internet and keep getting sport trac mount bushings for sale. My question is will the sport trac bushings fit my explorer?

Nice! Don't know what positions I need thou. Last mechanic said was front floor board position driver and passenger side. Said all others were fine
