I was wondering how much a local shop would charge to install one of those body lifts. Im pretty tech savvy and all that but Im not sure if i could do the lift on my own. Not sure how much experience is needed for this job. I was also wondering if anyone on here has got a custom dual exhaust for the 4.0. I want one really bad but i know im probably gunna have to relocate the spare to the back of my ex which isnt a problem. But i was wondering about the price on how much one of these would run you.

my guess to have someone install the body lift would be right around 600 or 700 bucks. Do it yourself. The only things I had done previously by myself before I installed my lift were regular maint. and replaced 1 water pump so im 100% Possitive you could complete the job yourself.

Here is a good write up....

EDIT: Sorry about the double post!

With the body lift i think it was said that there is enough room on the right side above the suspension to run another pipe.

So i dont think youd have to get rid of the spare if it has a body lift.

Not sure tho??

But it would make sense i suppose.

if you have the body lift you can run dual exhausts but your ether have to run them out each side behind the rear tires or out the back but pretty wide out the back. almost with the tips inline with the frame
