Is the stock bolt pattern on a 1992 Ford Explorer XL 4x4 4dr......5x4.5? Thanks.

Thanks..........man you are all over this board....I have had two or three posts today and you have been on every one! I have one question for you...when I go to order the spacers do I just need to tell Ford that I need: Ford 1997 F-150 Coil Seats for a 2wd? Thanks.

yup that should do it... some techs at the local dealers are morons though..... the reason i said to contact torrie at www.fordspartsnetwork.com is that if we say we are from www.explorer4x4.com he knows what we are refering to when we tell him... he really knows his parts..unlike some of the local dealers i have come in contact with

I have decided to do the spacer/shackle lift and go with 31x10.50s on 15x8 wheels. I know that I need a 5x4.5 bolt pattern on my 1992 X 4x4 XL, but as far as backspacing...what do I need to be looking at?

i think 3.75 is what most people do.... wait for more responses though.... i3.75 might be sthe same as the stock ones... i am not sure
