I have a 1354 electrical BW transfer. It haves problems in the electrical motor and in the shift control too
I want to buy a conversion kit...
Where can I found some information about this, system, schematic, price?

There's no "kit"... You need to get a manual t-case and shifter with all the linkage, and either a new transmission hump plate (with a hole for the 4x4 shifter) or cut a hole in yours. It bolts up the same and your transmission already has holes for the linkage to bolt to.

any borg warner 1354 manual shift t-case will work with your truck. you can find them in 89-97 rangers 89-90 bronco IIs and 91-94 explorers.

TKS guys that sounds great in USA, but Im in Paraguay...
I searched for a complete year a BW 1354 mechanical here, and I cant found it.
Exist another type tranfer that can I use?
Atlas II may be ok... but is SO EXPENSIVE!!!
another one may be?

you might be able to use a 1350 but you would have to change your driveshafts
