Bought another explorer few questions

Hey everyone I picked up a 95 explorer. Not sure what trim it is but I have a few interior swaps I wanna do.

I have this awful set-up

I want to go to this.

The good news is I have a 2000 with this set up that I can swap parts with so I don't have to hit the junk yards. Is this swap pretty easy?

It's not too bad, a little involved but very do-able. If the new long console has rear controls you're going to need the wiring diagram and the heat/AC vent adapter to send the bottom center floor vent to the console. But if you have a complete donor truck you're good to go.
