could I get a pic of the screws you're talking about? I thought I was using pretty coarse screws w/ my box, but a lot of them stripped the mdf without much force...

if u goto home depot or lowes it is a grey box with an orenge stripe..just tell the dude u want inch and a half coarse thread dry wall screws if u screw into the end of a peice of mdf ( with a properly sized pre drilled hole) itl counter sink all the way through the other board if u are not careful
