brake line rusted off

Hello I have a 1999 explorer and under the car i saw that this part had broken off. can someone tell me what this part is called so i can see if i can buy it online .

that would be a brake line. looks like the rear rubber line (aka rear flex line). any auto parts store should have one for about $20. dude, where do you live? the bottom of your truck looks like the Titanic. finding a new line will be the easy part. you should probably replace all your hard and rubber lines and you're probably gonna have a tough time getting things apart with all that rust. be safe.
