Would anyone be able to tell me what the brake line size is for a 95 aerostar?

Brake line size.

Which part of the system (master cylinder, caliper, wheel cylinders, etc)? You should place a flare wrench over the fitting, and see what the size is, then go to an auto parts store, and check the universal lines to compare the size.
