Brake maintenance question

I just replaced my front brakes, rotors, slide pins & all the clips and hardware. I used brake grease on all the usual spots. my question is, do I have to re-grease the brakes regularly, or is this only done when the pads are replaced?

The grease is usually applied when the pads are first installed, or if there is excessive noise.

Thanks Brooklyn, wasn't sure if I had to maintain them. I never have in the past, but that doesn't mean I was doing the right thing.
