Brake Problem!

My Explorer brake pedal almost goes all the way down to the floor before I get some stopping power. I checked the fluid, pads and there's no leaks. No brake or abs light on. I noticed when I press the brake pedal there is like a creakin noise like the rubber boot is dry or something. Anyone have these issues?

You might have a bad master cylinder. Fluid is leaking past the seals. Replacement is pretty easy.
