I replaced the front brake pads on my 2002 Explorer XLT. I now have very limited braking power. The pedal goes to the floor and won't pump up. I didn't break loose any brake lines and the master cylinder is full of brake fluid. Is it possible something has happened to the ABS? Oh, these are dual-cup calipers, if it makes a difference.
