Ok, i have posted about my ABS light, but this symptom is getting worse and is really dangerous. My brake pedal feels as though it is fighting me sometimes when i go to press it. During this time it feels as though i have no brake pressure and the car doesnt seem to be slowing down or anything. I have to stomp it to get it past this point and then the brakes grab and it stops. All of my brake pads are fine. Could this be a bad brake booster?? I really dont wanna get in a wreck because my brakes went out. This is on a 97 awd v8.
Please help, any opinions will be greatly appreciated! thanks

Check the rear end where the steel brake line goes from the 'T' joint to the passenger side rear brake cylinder. The clip that holds the brake line to the top of the differential causes electrolytic rust and the brake line ruptures there. You would still have brakes, but only 2 wheels, the passenger front and the driver side rear.

Thanks for your help! but that wasnt the problem. I checked the brake fluid and it was almost dry. Poured some in and it works like a charm.
