OK, I used to do my own work, but I was about 10 years younger ( more flexible, and could fit under my car) and I had all kinds of jack stands. I know what Brake parts cost, but have never paid someone to do it. I know I need new brakes, all the way around including rotors and e-brakes since we all know the EX's e-pads/shoes pretty much get destroyed which led to the really annoying "clicking." I took it into the shop I often go to for routine items. They gave me a quote of $630.00 for "lifetime" pads, rotors all the way around, and new e-brakes as well. This includes all labor and tax. What are your thoughts on this price? He offered to just disconnect the e-brake if I wanted to save money, but I use it often and will be towing a boat this summer. I appreciate your opinions.
