Broken PIAA switch - anybody have a contact phone number??

I have a broken swich - went to turn on fogs - nothing happened. Connected switch from other set - ok now. Still need to get a new switch though.

It is the oval type - soft touch push button - they probably look alike - I'll take a picture.
