Just got the brand new tires on and was off roading by the house, Got home had no park. The linkage right next to the trannsmission pan broke. The unit that has the spring on it and a hard plastic tube were the wire goes through. I can manually go underneith and change gears but the shifter on the colum is useless. How do I replace this assemble. Thank you Bobby

Nobody else out there had this problem while offroading?

Something probably hit it while you were offroading. Replacing the cable is not difficult. First unplug the end that is the snap on piece on the transmission. After you unhook it, pull it through the bracket. You might have to wiggle, or twist it. Trace the other end, and disconnect it. How did you attach the pictures to your thread without an elite membership? I thought that feature was only available with an elite membership. I think this thread would get more responses in the transmission section.
