Bypass harness doesn't fit - PICS INCLUDED

When its all said and done, there will be nothing plugged up to the factory amp. Yes, the plug that comes from the amp will actually plug into another plug back there, but not the amp itself. (Did I plug that enough? ;))

And of course the stock wiring won't match colors to the universal system. The industry just decided on these colors about 5-8 years ago.

Good luck, email or PM me with any questions. It really ain't that bad once you get plugged up in the back and start running wires forward. The hardest part for you will be gettin' the plugs out of the factory amp and then getting a the bypass harness plugged in just b/c its a tight fit back there.

That is the kit for the 2nd Gen. The plug on the left goes from the factory amp and you run the wires forward to the HU. The plug on the right has the power and ground wires for the HU and gets plugged into one of the plugs in the dash.

I've got 16' RCA's run in my Sport and my amps are mounted all the way in the back where the pocket used to be

I was saying about his pic above, not the Crutchfield one. I think we're getting each other confused:confused:
