I am in the market for an 03-05 Explorer/Mountaineer, but would like to know if these vehicles come with a cabin (pollen) filter, or the ability to retrofit one?

Thanks in advance!

I'd second the question, any Mounty or Aviator owners with one?

14 years later, anyone actually do this? Looking to add a filter to my 05 as well.

There are YouTube videos out there that show how to put an a/c filter in the air intake for the a/c. For me it isn't worth the effort, so i put the car a/c on "max" then the a/c flap door closes and the car recycles the air.
