Oh what a great day wheelin'. I picked up Barry M. on the way. We met a great bunch of people with all sorts of different vehicles. I got the usual comments about bringing an Explorer out to play. Most of the other trucks were a lot bigger than mine so I was a little nervous at first. After a while I just worried about me and I did fine. I had a lot of fun pulling a few vehicles out when they were stuck. Let me see, what were they again... oh yes, a Hummer(4 times), a '66 Bronco on 33"s, a Land Cruiser on 44"s, a Blazer(full size) on 38"s(twice), a Jimmy(full size) on 35"s. The places that the Cruiser and Blazer got stuck were nasty, nasty, NASTY and I took a different line. I made it through where I pulled out the Hummer, Bronco and Jimmy. I only needed to be pulled once, because my front Plow Blade(TTB) was hung up Dead Link Removed(other than the spot that NO ONE got through unassisted Dead Link Removed ). It was a great day and it was funny to see a couple of the trucks on the other end of the rope after doubting my Explorer. Will they ever learn? Dead Link Removed

No I left my camera at home. Some of the other people took pictures. I might get a copy of some of them.

Side note: After cleaning my truck today I found out that I dented my rocker panel on the drivers side. I wasn't sure but with the mud gone, there is no doubt. I am sure that will make Barry happy as I owe him one dent. Dead Link Removed

Nah, you don't owe me one Paul Dead Link Removed That was a good time on Sunday, lots of various vehicles out playing in the Mud. Found some pictures on Tim's Humvee site - oddly though, no pictures of his truck(s) getting towed out by the Explorer. Heehee..

I believe there are more pictures (and videos) forthcoming from other sources.

By the way, we might have a small run this coming weekend. I have another West Coaster with a Toyota pickup to show around McLean Creek - Let me know if you (or anyone else, for that matter) is interested.
