I just added 3/4" coil spring spacers and now need aligment. When reading about the camber adjusters, I found some ones say OEM ones are not adjustable at all and some others say are but they don't provide enough adjustment.

What is the true about this?

Also, what is the right camber value?

factory alignment cams are adjustable, but, only give you very little degreees of adjustment. You should get the biggest cams available. Also I would suggest you purchase the cams and install them yourself, then get your truck aligned. You will save yourself some labor chages from the alignment shop since they won't have to install the cams, just adgust them.

How are they adjusted? I took a look at the Haynes manual and it only says that it is to be done at an aligment shop.
I don't need too much aligment. The springs were sagging and the top of the tires was inward, so with the spacers the tires just slightly exceeded the vertical (0° of camber). Top of the tires is now outwards, but very little (less than it was inward).

Most of your better auto parts stores that supply the local mechanics will have adjustable camber/caster bushings in stock. Installation is simple. Loosen the pinch bolt, pry the old bushing out, drive the new bushing in, and tighten the pinch bolt. This will have to be done with the weight off the front wheels.

Don't plan on driving anywhere other than the alignment shop afterwards. The truck will probably be pulling hard to the right or left.

The camber/caster adjusters cams have a offset center where the upper balljoint goes through. So by turning them a direction you can adjust caster and camber. You adjust the cams by loosening the pinch bolt and turning the cams. But still you will have to get your front-end alighned properly.
