Camber kit for 2004 Sporttrac

My Sporttrac is showing tire wear on the inside of the front tires. I had it aligned but the tires continue to wear. I took it to get another alignment and the tech said that the alignment was within specs, and to correct the wearing on the inside, I would need to install a camber kit, which will cost over $200 with parts and labor. Is this really needed? Why would an alignment within specs still have tire wear?

yeah i had the same problem
i guess that the original pieces dont reach far enough and are only a two bolt design and the ones you need are four or somethin like that
they said if i didnt have it done i would need an alignment all the time which would be rediculous
