u dont have to leave a space for the stock tune. U get 3 cusom tunes of ur choice on the device, and when u upload a tune it will save the stock tune on the device in a seperate area, which u can then restore at anytime

Not sure if you're taking the piss, ie does a bear s*** in the woods or does a rocking horse have a wooden dick. But I'll go out on a limb and say BB are hell pricey considering the vehicles they maufacture for hummer, porshe, z06, and caddy's. So yes a flowmaster does **** in the woods with a wooden dick.

you can pick up a flowmaster petty cheap on ebay, Check 'em out. Altho' the top end flowmasters (70 series) are probably only a little cheaper than billy boat. It depends on what you're chasing, sound or performance?
