Can An Underinflated Tire Cause A Death Wobble?

Read an interesting article online stating 10 things that can cause a death wobble. Having overinflated tires was one of those things...

It happened several times on the highway and later found out that my rear passenger tire was 10 lbs under.

Could this possible be the culprit or is it unlikely?

IMO it might magnify issues with existing worn suspension components, but it shouldn't be the only reason.
