can I get rid of EVAP?

@cober Forgive me. I thought that such emissions systems might still be in place there. Here in the USA, you can purchase automotive hose for these purposes by length at parts stores. As for the canister, I did a parts compatibility search on summitracing.com and came back with this:

Dorman RNB-911-270 appears to be the replacement part sold there, and cross-compatibility includes the following:

1998-2000 Ford Contour / Mercury Mystique

1996-2001 Ford Explorer / Mercury Mountaineer

2001-2002 Explorer Sport Trac

1998-2003 Ford Taurus / Mercury Sable

1998-2002 Lincoln Continental (same as previous)

1997-1998 Windstar

1997-1998 Lincoln Mark VIII

1999-2000 Mercury Cougar

Therefore, assuming that the names of these vehicles are the same in Russia as they are in the USA, if you can locate any of those vehicles from any of those years in junk yards or being parted out locally, consider purchasing said canister and hoses or connectors from one of those sources. It's not ideal, but if you have to splice the hoses together to make it fit, there do exist connectors for that.

@Pete Deering That was a good and detailed write-up of the whole system, helpful to me as well since I also have an EVAP leak. Thanks!

I wonder if it’s possible to replace with bulk rubber hose or similar

If not, pipe it from the tank out the back and cap off the rest?

That is cause by fuel leaking, check in the engIne compartment below the master cylinder. There two quick disconnects for the fuel line. See if the are leaking. That fuel smell travel all the way too the rear on the driver side.
How is your gas mileage?
The fuel lines (supply and return) run in the frame rail with the brake line and vapor line.
no leakage there
