Can I get rid of the CV on my AWD 4404?

is the conversion for the driveshaft included in the $100 or was that seperate?

The adapter and bolts you see above is all you get. A drive shaft is not included. At least not for $100.

thanks for the info also one last thing where did you get the yoke?

The driveline shop that shortened my driveshaft supplied the yolk. It was nothing special. Just a standard yolk they had on the shelf.

UPDATE - I read through this old thread and saw way back how I mentioned a vibe from my front shaft. Turns out this was a mild vibe from the rear shaft that was amplified when the front shaft was installed. After putting the v8 in my Ranger the two piece rear drive shaft was not lining up correctly in terms of driveline angles. I eventually replaced it with a one piece. I have no more vibrations.
