my 2007 explorer did not come with the key less entry on the door. can this be added. and can the mirrors with the lights on them and the running boards be added to mine?

Yes -- to all -- if $ is no option.

1. You can pick up the keyless entry pads for around $80. It sticks on, so you can program it yourself.

2. Mirrors with lights will be quite expensive, and you may want dealer or body shop to perform install.

3. Factory running boards are an easy bolt-on. You can also perform this task yourself.

#1 & #3 should be able to be found on ebay for less than your local dealer.

will it fit?

i was looking at the Mercury Mountaineer tail light the clear ones will they fit the same year explorer?

and i was thinking of installing a thrid row seat. could i remove the storage bin and install the thrid row, i have looked at the ones with a thrid row and it sits where the storage bin sits.

The mirrors with the turnlights in them should be pretty easy. Its usually just a swap but its the wiring that needs to be done.

I think I remember reading that the Mountaineer bumper is different and the Mounty lights leave a gap between the lights and the bumper when they're put on the Ex. Not sure if that is still true on a 2007 Ex.
