I have a 95 Explorer 4.0 EFI engine my problem hard to start after sitting in the sun when it is very hot or when the humidity is high. (not after the engine been running hot) The sun..

This is what I have replaced all the replays in the Power Control Panel PCM, ICM, Engine Temp Sensor TCS, Fuel Pressure Regulate

When it does that I can hear the fuel pump working it take like 3-5 seconds to cut off. Sometimes I can just wait for like 15 mins and then it will started other times I have waited 12 hours before it will start, once it starts it keeps starting for the rest of that day unless I leave it in the sun for over a couple of hours.

Any suggestion this is driving me crazy....:thumbdwn:

I've had issues with the terminal where the relays plug in being dirty. Cleaned it and greased it and it's been fine.

What type of gease like axle gease?

I just finishing doing that right before I posted I cleaned the PCM and the FUEL relay Do you or does anyone know where the RELAY plugin at on the Power Control box can I remove that replace that?

The fact that you can hear the fuel pump doesn't mean it's doing anything. Check your fuel pressure.
