Can someone give me advice on lamps?

I just bought new PIAA 942 lights for my 02xsport. They will fit perfectly in the factory openings as they are a 2 1/2 diameter extreme white with blue hue. They come with brackets but the shop I purchased them through wants another $100 to install because they will have to make custom brackets as there is nothing behind the plastic bumper to hang them on. Any suggestions on how to do that on my own and also where I can run the wiring easily. I could use this cien for some other mod! Thanks in advance!

Duct Tape actually you can make a little assembly, im guessing your talking about putting them in the bumper housings right? a fast way would be to take a peice of steel drill holes for it put it on TOP of the plastic.. take another peice on the inside and bolt it on with the lights.. that should be just fine.. nothing fancy no brakets needed.
