Can someone make me some shackles?

Well im looking for someone to make me some Shackles by the 26th, reason i say 26th is because thats when i get paid haha
I want them to be an inch longer then the warriors, but the same style.
Also i will need them to be shipped to Canada.Iif anyone is up to the challenge let me know what you want money wise.
