I have cleaned the IAC valve multiple times and the noise is still there...Until I either raise the rpm or start driving the truck the noise is still there..

But when I pull the vacuum line from the top center of the egr valve and apply a bit of vacuum the noise stops...Obvious;y the engine runs like crap because I am putting exhaust gases into the engine at idle but cleaning the IAC valve has had no effect...

Using my scope I can hear the moaning through the intake, the EGR valve top but not so much from the IAC valve itself...

I can replace both but I would like to replace the correct part and be done with it...

I found the noise...

And it was not the EGR nor the IAC valves...I did replace the EGR valve since it took the longest time this morning and the noise was still there...So I replaced the IAC valve and the noise was still there...So I started looking for other sources of the noise..

Using my stethoscope I found the noise was loudest on the upper intake manifold...I started from the front of the engine back checking the a/c compressor, p/s pump, the DPFE, all of them when isolated were noise free...As I got to the back of the drivers side of the intake I touched a piece of rubber hose and the tone changed massively...

IT WAS THE RUBBER HOSE TO THE PCV VALVE!!!

That hose was collasping onto itself at idle thanks to the vacuum and the lack of rigidity in the hose and would uncollaspe partially when the engine revs were brought up...And this was the last place I would have looked for this problem...But I am noise free and the pcv system is working again...
