Can the front seat cushions be replaced?

Front seat cushion is broke down from age and use. Can the cushion be replaced? Is it available from Ford or do I have to get an upholstery shop to do it?

They may be available from Ford, but they probably would cost out the wazzou. I had the same problem with my 93 (cloth)...I took it to a local auto upholstory shop, and they rebuilt both front seats for $75 each. Better than new now.

I replaced mine with an old lasy boy cushion

You can either grab an old cushion from the passenger seat of an X with the same seats, or even just swap out your passenger side cushion for the drivers side. Having an auto upholstery shop replace it would be your best bet for new.
