Can you lift an X without doing a lift kit? i'm dumb on this...

Is it possible to put the Warrior shackles on both ends of the spring to get 2.5 inches (1.25 x 2)?? Most likely a dumb question, but worth asking

You don't want to do that, because then your axle will be able to move side lateraly on you and pull the drive shaft out. It is not a safe thing to do.
One other point about shackles. ON most Explorers the stock length is 5.5". The Warrior shackles are 8.5"(eye to eye). Putting extended shackles on one end of your springs will only net you half the differance between the stock shackles and the extended shackles, therefore the differance between the 2 shackles is 3". That will net you a lift of 1.5".

do you have to get shock extenders? Are you still able to align it? (someone said the standard shocks are too short, and the front can't be aligned bc it is maxed out)
