Cancel auto window close

Does anyone know how to stop the windows from automatically closing after locking the car? 2007 xlt

I've done some searching and so far haven't found that option. Anyone else heard of this? If so, is there a way to activate it?

it might be some kind of aftermarket thing ..im trying to figure it out
