cant figure it out

hello i have a 1988 Mazda B2200 p/u and its not running right. it used to run great but one day out of the blue it started acting up. on start up i have to keep pushing on the gas untill it warms up, about 5 min or so, or it dies. also when idleing the engine revs up high and down low to almost die. ive adjusted the idle on the carb so i dont die out at lights. ive tried a few things to find the problem but cant figure it out. also it feels like its not running on all four cyl but it goes 80 just fine. its the lower speeds i have trouble with. any ideas?

When was the last time a tune has been? I'd start there see if it helps

Welcome to the forum! Sounds like there might be an issue with the IAC (idle Air control).
