Cant figure this out

Hello everyone. so recently i blew my head gasket and cracked both of my heads on my 4.0 ohv exploder. Im almost done putting it back together but I seem to be missing a plug and a vacuum line. if any of you know where these go i could really use the help. thanks!

the vacuum line is below the throttle body

There should be a black plastic vacuum line coming up close to the driver's side of the block. It should be routed between the power steering pump and the valve covers. IIRC, it goes appox. over the two hard fuel lines in that same location. The vacuum line plugs into the throttle body metal fitting in your second pic, and it's held in place with a fuel filter type plastic clip.
