Can't Search for Sync Updates

I knew there was a new update out there and last week did a search or updates since the current version I am running is from July. Sync found it but then I think I lost wifi connection as it was trying to install. Everything works the same but the system still tells me the last update was in July.

My issue is that when I now go to press "search for updates", nothing happens. It makes the noise so I know the screen is reacting to my finger, just no search is done.

Any ideas?

I am going in for an oil change next week, will have them look at it as well.

If it's not working, you can always go the USB route and download it direct from the owner.ford.com site and do it that way.
