Hi!!! Been reading such helpful tips on this forum before joining! Replaced the alternator in the sport trac with your help!! 
But now, having issues with the starter (i think). Found it by going underneath truck (finally! it's well hidden in there!). I don't see how we can get it out, because it seems the drive shaft (?) is in the way, and not sure how to drop/lower it. Can anyone help??
