I'm posting this in stock area cause maybe some one else has maybe had this issue. I recently got new tires for my PIU. Today I got them actually. My car has now started to crack when I turn the wheel all the way to lock, left or right. However it intermittently does this, not all the time. It only does it when I'm stopped. Firestone replaced the rear-inner tie rod as it was worn from excessive use by police. I even am attaching a video so y'all can get a glimpse.

I would call that a clunk or knock, not a creak. I suggest worn out steering, drive-line, or suspension components, or possible damage from hard use.

Have somebody turn the steering while you safely look and feel from underneath for the source of the noise.

What does Firestone have to say ?

They told me that the rear-inner tie rod has excessive wear to it, lots of play in it. Probably from excess police use.
